Inventory
Our website inventory is updated automatically whenever an order is placed. The inventory status represents the actual product we have on hand.

Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped via United Parcel Service and can be sent to all US locations with a valid street address (no PO boxes).

The shipping charges for Ground Service are based on the amount of your purchase as defined in the following table:

^*We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, FPO/APO and Oversea's addresses by USPS or UPS, and will add additional shipping cost, if any, at the time of charging your credit card.

Shipping for UPS Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day are based on weight and are computed automatically at checkout. Simply fill out the order form and before your order is submitted, you will be presented with all shipping options and costs.

To determine when a package will arrive, be aware that delivery times are calculated on work days only, weekends do not apply. For example, a package shipped on Friday with overnight delivery will arrive on Monday.
Find your location and the color on the map below to calculate UPS Ground delivery time to your state. UPS ground deliveries, while normally accurate, are not guaranteed.



Backordered Items
All in-stock products will be shipped within one day of receipt of order unless otherwise instructed by you. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive from Carrera of America, an additional shipping charge(actual cost)will be added. As always, you will be billed only for items that have actually shipped.

Payment Methods
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Your card will be billed once the order is processed and ready to be shipped. Cashiers checks, money orders, company checks and personal checks are also accepted as means of payment. These should be sent along with a printout of your order to: Only Trains, 308 B Brighton Ave, Buffalo, MN 55313. For Cashier's check and money order payments, orders are normally released immediately on receipt of the check. In most cases, we can verify company and personal checks through our check validation service and the order is released immediately. However, if the check cannot be validated, it may take up to 10 business days before the order can be released.

Sales Tax
As required by law, Only Trains Inc. will add sales tax to all orders ordered from or delivered to the state of Minnesota.

Return/Warranty Policy
Carrera products carry a one year manufacture warranty. Items sold by Carrera Slots are warranted to be as advertised and to be satisfactory to YOU. Any item you find to be defective may be returned prepaid to Carrera Slots or Carrera of America for credit or refund. Please call for information. Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days.

All refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling is not refundable. No refunds on items that have been used and or assembled (such as sets) and are not defective as we cannot resell. Cost of returning items is customers responsibility. Merchandise returned damaged or with damaged packaging will be evaluated at time of return.

Pricing Policy
Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information. However, Only Trains Inc. has no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel any orders without assigning any reasons.
